Hello, I'm Tim. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My focus is on aiding my clients with improving their mental health and way of life. I use several approaches, primarily cognitive behavior therapy. I work with my clients to create obtainable and effective results during our journey of healing. I use cognitive, humanistic, person-centered, and solution-focused therapies the majority of my sessions. I have experience working with clients on a variety of challenges. However, I currently work with clients who have concerns about anxiety, depression, anger, some traumas, grief and loss, and stress.
