My name is Kate Gorman, LCSW, with over 24 years experience in psychotherapy. In this very specialized group we will walk through the timeline of your life events, family patterns and negative thinking that have shaped how you feel now. We will learn to find the thought patterns and utilize brain reprogramming techniques to rewire how to think and feel. This a group that integrates the biology of the brain with the complexities of our life and life history. Reduce anxiety, resolve triggers, learn new coping strategies and release the baggage!
I can help you to really understand the biology of your brain as it relates to how its programmed though thinking, our current life issues and our past. The group will provide very specific tools to deprogram and reprogram the brain, giving more motivation and reducing anxiety. This group intends to help free up mental and emotional space.
Being a human is not simple and we have all experienced a set of experiences that shape how we think and feel. But we are also not set by what we experienced and we can move and reshape ourselves with tools, choices and support. I hope this group will give you this.
