I help people find wholeness, vitality, satisfaction, and contentment. With humor and compassion I can help guide you through the obstacles that keep you from having the life you deserve. Left untreated, old pain, trauma, depression, anxiety and addiction can drain the pleasure and beauty from living. Working together, we can restore the colors of life.
Deep fulfillment and maturing vitality are our birthright. When this natural process of growth is interrupted, the individual suffers. When blockages to our experience of the moment are removed, we unfold how we were meant to. With aliveness and authenticity we can then have the profound relationships we yearn for.
For twenty-three years I have been helping individuals, couples, and families by drawing on modern systems of thought such as Attachment, Gestalt, and Jungian theory. Additionally, I draw on ancient wisdom like the enneagram. If it feels like this one precious life is slipping away unlived, please consider calling.
