If you are feeling overwhelmed with personal mental health challenges or relationship issues, I want to help you find peace and happiness.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, my goal is not to blame anyone, but instead to challenge existing patterns. I am collaborative in that the direction of treatment is informed by your definition of health. I am familiar with my role as therapist, but you are the expert on your life.
