When couples and families learn to accept themselves and one another—even in the midst of painful emotions and conflict—they can begin to transform their relationships. My role is to join with you as a couple or family, helping to ease these struggles and guide you toward healing, stronger connections, and lasting positive change.
I have over a decade of experience and specialize in working with couples and families, including adolescents and their parents. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a professor in the Marriage and Family Therapy Program at Oklahoma State University. I incorporate evidence-based practices and am transparent, open and collaborative.
I work with adolescents, couples, and families who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or weighed down by stress, anxiety, or trauma. When communication breaks down or old patterns keep you stuck, I help partners and family members move from conflict and distance toward greater understanding, connection, and healing.
