Many times we feel alone with our issues and that others don’t understand how we feel. It isn’t until we find ourselves in a supportive environment that we recognize how connected we can be with those around us. My values include being my authentic self, understanding your unique experience, and being a solid object of support.
I have a passion for working through the issues that we tend to want to suppress and working through trauma. Through experience I have cultivated a judgement free zone to focus on issues including mood disorders, personality disorders, trauma and PTSD, substance abuse, self-harm, suicidal ideations, and a variety of other concerns.
