I have had the honor of working with many diverse communities in my professional life, including: LGBTQ+ people, the Transgender/Non-binary community, survivors of sexual exploitation and trafficking, people living with HIV, communities of color, and people in recovery from drugs and alcohol.
In one-on-one sessions, we will explore your strengths and challenges. I find a blend of talk therapy, with some creative techniques and movement help to release blocks to communication and expression.
