I offer counseling for adolescents (10+), adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, addiction, disability, relationship stress, and life transitions. With couples, I use the Gottman Method (Level 1 trained, Level 2 in progress) to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen connection.

Life can feel heavy sometimes, and you don’t have to carry it alone. I offer a warm, welcoming space where you can feel safe, supported, and understood. My approach blends evidence-based therapy with mindfulness and self-compassion, centered on what matters to you.
