I work with individuals on anger management, addiction, trauma and self actualization. For couples, discover how your history interacts with your partner's, the hidden roots and impact of conflict, and how your partner views you and the relationship. You will learn tools to utilize your individual strengths to gain more positive communication and outcomes.

These understandings and tools will lead to greater compassion for one another, emotional healing and re-establishment of safety. Dynamic Mapping and Integration is the pathway to a deeper connection and re-ignition of passion. I am trained and skilled in many modalities including Gottman Method, EFT and Imago Therapy.
