I’m a licensed psychologist in West Virginia, offering online therapy to individuals and couples seeking support. I provide a safe, compassionate space to explore anxiety, stress, depression, parenting challenges, and more. With experience as a psychologist, minister, Army veteran, and mentor, I bring practical guidance and empathy to help you make positive change. My sessions are fully online, flexible, and tailored to your unique needs, so you can grow and heal from the comfort of home.
I am especially interested in working with individuals and families who want to make positive change for themselves or their children. Unlike an auto mechanic, who is a human being working on a non-human being, the tools that have helped your therapist and others can be applied to your unique challenges as you work to make positive change.
I bring a rich and diverse set of life experiences that inform my approach to therapy. I'm an Army Veteran, a former psychology instructor and minister. I have directed a federal program for disadvantaged college students, directed and worked in youth camps, served in the Big Brothers program, Boy Scouts, and other community service organizations.
