Not just talk, talk, talk that gets you nowhere. I used evidence-based treatments so that you're feeling better soon. I’m also a Certified Partner Trauma Therapist (CPTT) and a Certified Multiple Addiction Therapist (CMAT), so I'm trained in many addictions and compulsive behaviors, as well as infidelity recovery. I also specialize in sexual problems, affair recovery, rebuilding romance, and emotional and sexual intimacy. If clients are open to it, I often give them handouts or homework to do during the week. I don't believe in forcing the client to do something that isn't working. But we DO aim to get to the root of the problem so that you experience lasting change.
