Hello and welcome! My name is Tim (he/him) - I am a Licensed Master Social Worker at MindWell where I work with a wide variety of individuals, couples, and polycules. I start from the perspective that you are the expert on your goals, and my role is to guide, coach, and support you in making the changes you want to see in your life and relationships. As a social worker I am committed to the view that our mental health is rooted in our wider community and society, and that relationships have the power to help us change for the better. I believe that therapy should not be mysterious - my working style is transparent, collaborative, and based in person-centered and trauma-informed care.
