Far too many of us are sleepwalking through life because we haven't yet done the important work of understanding ourselves and our relationships. I am passionate about helping people remove the psychological and social barriers that prevent them from flourishing. Anxiety, depression, and addictive behaviors are often symptomatic of underlying issues that can be surfaced with a trusted therapist.
In a safe environment where bravery, vulnerability and truth-telling are encouraged, I help patients navigate complex questions of identity and vocation. I prefer to use relational and psychodynamic approaches to therapy, exploring significant relationships and their underlying dynamics. My work is rooted in justice and liberation and is LGBTQIA-affirming.
