Over the course of my 30-year career, I have developed expertise in many areas including depression, anxiety, psychosis, trauma, career, marital and family related problems. I use interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, and EMDR. I also have experience using the Highlands Ability Battery for career guidance.
I have a passion for engaging with individuals and groups through science-led psychology to support them in identifying and connecting with their values and strengths, utilizing their deep motivation, and creating a life of flow and flourishing so that they can be their best selves more of the time.
