I'm trained in EMDR, a gentle, compassionate approach used to help release burdens from the past, ease anxiety in the present, and achieve what you would rather in the future. EMDR therapy can help people face their fears and recover from trauma and other life distressing experiences including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.
