My approach draws from evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I tailor treatment to each client’s needs, helping them process past experiences, develop healthier coping skills, and improve emotional regulation.
