About
Living with the detrimental impact of traumatic experiences can be a terribly painful journey. I have specialized over the past 25 years in helping people to overcome the pain that lingers in the form of depression, anxiety, troubled relationships, acute stress and post-traumatic stress. One thing I know is that there is hope for a vibrant future and healthy relationships in healing of trauma.
I specialize in healing the negative impact of trauma. I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with over 30 years experience in clinical practice, supervision and training. I am a Certified EMDR therapist and a certified supervisor with Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as certified in the Seeking Safety model.
Trauma impacts everyone differently. Whether a major loss, experience of a disaster, community or relational violence, abuse, neglect or prolonged exposure to rejecting or discouraging messages growing up - there is hope for healing and an enriched life. I am here to help you experience that healing.
