I work with individuals who are tired of managing their anxiety alone and who are starting to notice how their patterns ripple outward into the people and relationships closest to them. My clients are often caught in cycles of perfectionism, self-criticism, and impossible standards that quietly drain them and and strain their connections with others. The work we do together is focused on building genuine understanding of where your patterns come from, instead of simply managing symptoms.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in what actually creates change. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and systemic therapy approaches. We work to understand not just your patterns but the deeper feelings driving them. Specialties include: relationship issues, anxiety, OCD, and religious trauma.
I see clients in-person in Chicago’s Loop and virtually throughout Illinois. I’m in-network with BCBS and UnitedHealthcare (UHC / Optum), NUSHIP (NUAetna) and I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can ensure we’re a good fit.
