Sometimes we need to talk through the struggle. The stress to succeed in our family, education, career, and relationships creates burdens that are too big to bear alone. If you are like most, you often find yourself feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and anxious. I believe therapy is a healthy way to appropriately identify and address the struggles that keep us from our best life. I work with teenagers and adults who are struggling with mood, anxiety, depression, relationships and spiritual issues. I am passionate about helping couples improve their marriages through improved communication, conflict resolution, and relationship skills.
I believe properly identifying the source of our struggles is vitally important to healing. Whether it is past trauma or current adjustment, my goal is to help you discover your best course. As a pastor with 30 years of experience, I am very comfortable dealing with spiritual issues while diving deep to identify any emotional needs as well.
My goal as a therapist is to cultivate a trusting relationship so that you may explore the best options for improving your well-being. My office is a safe place to explore traumatic and difficult life events or unhealthy thoughts and behavioral patterns so that we can discover the best coping strategies that lead to a better quality of life.
