Often the daily bustle and stresses can pile up, changing from parts of our lives that we tolerate into challenges we don't know how to overcome. We look to therapy when we have run out of effective skills for the problems facing us, when we need a different perspective to help us shift out of a status quo that isn't working, when we need comfort in pain, and sometimes, when something "just doesn't feel right."
I am passionate about walking alongside my clients in their journeys to mental health. My education equips me to work with clients on spiritual integration, helping people identify the values that drive them and find a fulfilling life. I have experience working with first responders and law enforcement, as well as those in the justice system.
