About
I believe relationships to be essential to how we develop into ourselves and extend ourselves to have a positive impact in our work, families, and communities. I think that many people seek therapy to unlock the love, hope, and dignity we all have available to us, and which sometimes become inaccessible or obscured by our fears and past hurts. I am interested in understanding and exploring your concerns, and finding ways to address them together in a safe and secure healing relationship.
I practice from a relational and strength based perspective to provide support and concrete feedback to help individuals and families navigate issues related to stress, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, separation/divorce, communication, and trauma.
In practice I strive to be flexible to fit client's needs and will work with you to develop strategies for your unique situation and life experience.
