We draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches—including EMDR, hypnotherapy, CBT, mind-body practices, IFS, and intentional mindfulness— often woven in the fabric of energy psychology. This integrative blend supports both mental and spiritual well-being in a space that honors the whole self. Groups arise organically from client suggestions.
