We utilize a variety of therapeutic methodology like EMDR, Hypnotherapy, CBT, Mind/Body, and Intentional Mindfulness in partnership with intuitive psychotherapy to foster a space for mental and spiritual wellness. Groups originate from organic needs and requests. If you are interested in a specific group topic, please let us know.
Our passion is creating opportunities of increased conscious awareness for individuals and groups to reconnect with their own inner strength. When you weren't meant to fit in a box, it can get uncomfortable and we like to help people stretch outside the box.
