He also utilizes approaches such as CBT and Gestalt therapy in order to help his clients meet their needs and goals.
Tijo creates an environment that are safe, patient centered care and non-judgmental. He work hard to maintain a respectful environment and to create a space where his clients can feel heard and understood.
He believes that every individual is unique and by building connections and applying techniques he hopes to help his clients reach their goals they have set for therapy.
