I specialize in helping New Yorkers work through their shit with online therapy they can actually afford. With over a decade of experience providing therapy in New York I have found that all treatment works best with a dose of humor and playfulness. As a therapist my goal is to build a connection that feels warm, accepting, and deeply attuned. I find that only then do my clients feel comfortable exploring the difficult issues that brought them to therapy to begin with, because therapy can often feel scary and a little lightness can help all of us be less afraid of the dark.
Our sessions will be invigorating and collaborative. Together we will create a space that acts as a laboratory to explore oneself deeper, receive feedback, and vocalize needs. We’ll take a close look at the patterns that are emerging in your life, how they make you feel, and most importantly where you want to make a change.
Before getting started I offer a free phone consultation to all my clients so that we can both figure out if we're a good fit. I invite you to ask questions about me, share what you need to be supported, and what has (or hasn't worked!) in the past. Because in therapy there's nothing more important than finding the right person to share your story with.
