I am interested in unconscious patterns, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that take over your life and relationships, and hold you back from living a more satisfying and fulfilling life.
My approach to therapy is Psychoanalytic and Psychodynamic and I am also certified in Brainspotting. I provide trauma informed therapy that allow which promote self-discovery and greater insight into unconscious processes. This allows a unique kind of conversation that creates a genuine connection within yourself and your inner desire in a safe environment.
