These include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness practices, and body-based attunement to support nervous system regulation.
Together, we will build awareness of what leads to dysregulation and develop practical, compassionate tools to help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in your daily life.
