If you are having a hard time you are not alone, you deserve support, and I’m here to help. I specialize in working children, adolescents and their families to navigate challenges, build resilience, and forge deeper connections with self and others. With over a decade of experience in the field, I offer an individualized approach to therapy including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Adventure Therapy, and trauma informed care.
In addition to talk sessions in the office, I think it’s important to get out and have fun while we work on feeling better. That’s why I often do therapy sessions outside, where we can walk, hike, play, and explore. This way, therapy feels more like an adventure!

August 8–15, 2025. This 8-day backpacking trip through Maine’s wilderness is designed for male-identifying teens (ages 14–17) to build confidence, resilience, and meaningful connection.
