I am passionate about helping my clients in two key areas: navigating life with ADHD or Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and supporting those working through OCD and recovery.
For parents feeling overwhelmed by their child’s behaviors or developmental needs, I offer a supportive, kid-friendly space—both in-person and virtual—where children can build coping skills, social connections, and self-expression. With 7 years of experience working with individuals with IDD and their families, I focus on strategies that honor each child’s strengths while making daily life more manageable.
I also specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, providing structured, gold-standard support to break free from intrusive thoughts and compulsions. ERP is challenging, but I will be there every step of the way to guide and support you.
Our first session is about getting to know you—your history, challenges, and goals. Therapy is not about “fixing” you, but about building tools to help you thrive.
