I am passionate about empowering my clients to break free from patterns that keep them stuck, so they can step into their fully aligned, authentic selves. My approach is compassionate and supportive, utilizing evidence-based techniques such as EMDR, to help clients process past trauma and leave behind cycles of hurt all together.
I work with individuals, including those struggling with relationship dynamics, self-worth, boundaries, people-pleasing, anxious attachment, and trauma symptoms. I like to dive deep into what caused certain behaviors and patterns to form and then help heal those wounds so you can release negative coping skills or patterns that no longer serve you.
