Women's Trauma Support Groups

Many women currently suffer from trauma they experienced in their childhood, their teen years, and/or their adult years. This trauma can unknowingly impact life and relationships in significant ways. We offer support groups for these women who desire to heal from past attachment and trauma wounds so they can better be able to approach life and their relationships with self and others in healthier and more positive ways.
