Tiffany is a certified Trauma Specialist, and EMDR trained. Tiffany is familiar with Narcissism and the effects this can have on people and relationships. In conjunction with providing therapy, Tiffany is also passionate about guest speaking at various local events; providing psychoeducation on various mental health and relationship related topics.

What is even more difficult is the choice clients must make to also be accountable for their own unhealthy contributions to their issues.
