I specialize in working with adult survivors of trauma and people who wish to change their relationship with substance use. I also support people who are dealing with PTSD, depression, anxiety, shame, attachment wounds, self-esteem, and relational issues.
I draw from Narrative Therapy to empower you to reshape your life story, Internal Family Systems to help you heal core wounds through loving self-compassion, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you examine and challenge beliefs that hold you back. I also incorporate polyvagal-informed mindfulness and somatic practices to help you ground and center to release stored trauma.
