Hi, I'm Tiffany. I'm a therapist with WellQor, where I provide virtual therapy to adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. My path to becoming a therapist wasn't a straight line. Before entering this field, I worked in fashion and human resources, where I saw how much stress and burnout people carried behind the scenes. Growing up as an Asian American, I also came from a culture where mental health wasn't openly discussed, inspiring me to create a space where people feel seen, supported, and understood.
My approach combines psychodynamic therapy with practical tools from CBT and DBT. Together, we'll explore how your past experiences and relationship patterns influence the present, helping you better understand yourself, break unhelpful cycles, and build healthier relationships with yourself and others.
