I am integrative in my approach to therapy and work with clients to better understand how certain thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and interpersonal issues contribute to distress. My style is interactive, collaborative, warm, and relational. I provide clients with a supportive yet challenging environment to attain a better understanding of self and of one's goals and values.
Although trained as a generalist, I specialize in therapy with adults to address a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, family and relationship difficulties, LGBTQ+ identity and relationship issues, life transitions, career and work related stressors, trauma recovery, and grief and loss.
My practice is located on the North side of Chicago and is within walking distance of the Paulina Brown line stop and a short bus ride from the Belmont Red/Brown/Purple line stop. Ample street parking is available nearby. I offer in-person therapy and telehealth.
