Hi! I am a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania. I received my graduate degree from Lincoln University of PA and my undergraduate degree at Saint Joseph's University. I've spent most of my career working with older adolescents and their families. Over the last 4 years, I have branched out to adults and couples. My hope for this work is to assist others in acceptance. Inviting individuals to accept their feelings with the intention to address them and move towards an inner harmony. To define peace of mind. Once acceptance takes place navigate in a manner that brings you fulfillment and optimum functionality.
In our first session, we will start with an extended introduction. I will share more about my career experience and answer any questions that come up. We will then discuss your therapy history as well as concern that brought you to this session. In addition, we will create expectations for our therapeutic relationship.
I want to make sure that I am communicating in a fashion that is productive and meets your needs. Additionally, affordability is important to me. We will talk about your desired length of support and the best plan of care.
