My heart and mindset for this practice surrounds providing a secure environment where each client has the ability to utilize therapy for their specific need. As a therapist, my main objective is to meet the needs of each individual and provide services that promote growth as well as providing a safe, foundational environment and to assist my clients in discovering peace and prosperity that they desire.
My areas of focus in clinical work include anxiety, depression, substance abuse, marital and family, children, self esteem, and grief. I have worked with a variety of clients from ages 5 years old to 80 years old. I approach therapy from a systemic based perspective, experiential based therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
The process of healing and therapy can be overwhelming and scary. My goal is to walk with you through the trenches of this hardship and provide you assurance you are no longer alone in this battle, hope and compassion.
