I help by delivering effective, evidence based therapy to treat a variety of anxiety related concerns, including: OCD, Panic, Generalized Anxiety, Phobias, Fears, and BFRBs. I also work with caregivers of those with OCD and Anxiety Disorders to learn how to effectively support their loved one and reduce the grip that OCD/Anxiety have on their family.

We will identify the ways that anxiety has wiggled into your life, look for more helpful ways of thinking, and then start facing the things keeping you stuck. I also work with parents and caregivers of those with OCD and Anxiety disorders using SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions).
