This group is for Elementary School Children (1st-4th grade) who struggle with social skills. This group allows them to practice skills learned with their peers to help with social-emotional development. The group meets twice per month. Navigating Rough Waters
This group is designed to provide psychoeducation and support for families with children struggling with depression and anxiety. Parents and children have breakout process sessions to learn effective coping strategies. The group is 6 weeks long. Each week focuses on a specific topic. DBT Skills Group
This group is specifically focused on learning DBT skills for teens struggling with anxiety, depression, and self-injury behaviors. Each session focuses on learning various components of DBT and how to apply them. The group is offered in 12-week sessions with various components rotating throughout the year.
