Non-religious, science driven, evidenced based therapy is something you are looking for. You also need a place where you are comfortable swearing and discussing life events. You may struggle speaking your mind at times and may be your worst critic. Chronic stress, constant worry, or past trauma may also be a factor. Your relationships, emotional management, physical health, or sense of progress is being affected. You may recognize you are no longer being your best self and are searching for a different mindset.
