For others, ongoing conflict or family estrangement continues to create a sense of distance, grief, or instability in their relationships.
I offer a warm, compassionate space for individuals, couples, and families navigating relational trauma. In therapy, we focus on understanding these patterns, reducing self-blame, and building healthier ways of coping and connecting.
