I am Dr. Tiff, a licensed clinical social worker with a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a Doctorate in Social Work (DSW). My practice is dedicated to empowering women, particularly women of color, by providing compassionate and culturally sensitive therapy.
Through cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), I help clients navigate life's challenges, particularly those related to depression and anxiety, while fostering resilience and self-discovery in a supportive environment.
