It is about how you drive, not where you’re going” and as your therapist, I want to help you take back the control and stay in the driver’s seat. I focus on understanding and meeting clients where they are at in their mental health journey and help to establish long term and short term goals , as well as gain a better perspective on the unknowns that can feel overwhelming.
I have been raised by a father who immigrated from Cuba and a Puerto Rican mother that has taught me inclusion and have demonstrated the importance of overcoming financial and social barriers as well as defining perseverance. Through my diverse background it has afforded me the opportunity to break the stigma of mental health.
