Oftentimes we wear a mask and even though we hope for someone to see behind it, there's a fear of feeling like a burden if they did. There are moments in life that can feel overwhelming, exhausting, and even defeating. Whether you are grieving a loss; navigating an experience with cancer/illness; feeling stuck in the grasp of anxiety and/or depression; at a crossroads in your life, I welcome you to pause here.
Together we will work to create a space where you can set some of the weight down. I will meet you where you're at in order to let you take your mask off to breathe in your own time.
