I became a therapist to help people facilitate change and build trust within themselves. Specializing in OCD allows me to make a visible difference in people's lives. I take a collaborative approach to treating OCD, where we combine our knowledge and experience to help you find relief from your symptoms. At NOCD, my team and I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment for people with OCD. Our deep understanding of OCD enables us to properly diagnose and treat it. We have received intensive training in Exposure Response and Prevention Therapy (ERP), the gold standard treatment for OCD.
When you start with NOCD Therapy, you’ll either work with me or be paired with one of my colleagues based on your preference and availability. We’ll work to get to know you and create a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve your goals.
Plus, we offer support between sessions through direct messaging and a community of peers with OCD, ensuring you never feel alone. Remember that I'm not here to judge you for thoughts you have no control over. We all have intrusive thoughts. We're here to help you deal with yours in a better way, by bringing them out into the open.
