I have been working with older teens and female adults (ages 16+) for nearly 15 years. I enjoy helping each individual find their own path. My interest areas are anxiety, postpartum depression, trauma, loneliness, and other women’s issues. I have a special interest for wives within the military community struggling with adjusting to relocation.
Many struggle with anxiety, depression and other difficult issues throughout their life, I want to encourage you that it’s okay to have these feelings.
