I have been working with teens and adult females for more than 10 years. I enjoy helping each individual find their own path. My interest areas are anxiety, postpartum depression, trauma, self-harm, and other women’s issues. Within the last few years, I’ve gained a passion for working with military spouses struggling with isolation, loneliness and anxiety.
Many struggle with anxiety, depression and other difficult issues throughout their life, I want to encourage you that it’s okay to have these feelings.
