Hello my name is Tiffany Parkes-Moscova and I have over 17 years of experience in the field of mental health, and substance abuse with adults, couples, adolescents, and families. My speciality area's are working with adults, couples, families and adolescents. I believe in a holistic approach to helping clients. The mission is to help clients raise their self – awareness about their abilities, strengths, and how they cope and achieve their personal life goals. Encouraging individuals to be a better version of themselves.
My therapeutic approach is a combination of CBT (Cognitive Behavior Approach) and psychodynamic approach that emphasizes cognitive behavioral therapy to support the whole person (biological, psychological, and sociological). I specialize in compassionate professional counseling for individuals, couples and families.
