I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with a Master of Science Degree in Counseling, Marital, Couples and Family Therapy. I provide services to families and individuals struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, ADHD-related challenges, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or difficulties in relationships.
I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), EMDR-trained/certified, and an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP). I have received several hours of training and clinical consultation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, IFS, and EMDR.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed, helping clients develop insight, emotional resilience, and practical tools for lasting change. I work with each client to establish goals and objectives that best fit individual needs, through careful assessment and evaluation.
