I specialize in working with adolescents and adults. Tiffany's approach integrates Person-Centered and Cognitive-Behavioral therapies. She utilizes empowerment to allow for the client to explore the ways they have power over various aspects of their life. Having a background in Child-Centered Play Therapy, she recognizes the power in using expressive methods (i.e., art or journaling) in her clinical work.
