I am a registered counselor working with individuals who have the desire to learn new skills in order to reduce feelings of distress while increasing feelings of inner peace. I received my M.S from Northwestern University, and I have more than five years of experience working in the mental health field with diverse populations. I primarily work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use, and self-esteem issues.
I offer support and encouragement in a nonjudgmental environment for clients to come and work on their personal goals in therapy. I am trained to offer culturally responsive, psycho-dynamically-informed, clinical mental health counseling to promote and advocate for the mental health and wellness of my clients.
