Hello! I'm Tiffany. I try and approach therapy from the viewpoint that it is a collaboration. My aim is to help clients increase their self-awareness and self-regulation in order feel more peace in their daily lives. I have worked in a variety of settings so far in my career including the Utah State Hospital, Wasatch Behavioral Health, inpatient and outpatient settings for substance abuse, and private practice. I have helped clients navigate grief and loss, faith crises/transitions, relationship stressors, substance abuse, unresolved trauma, depression, anxiety, and other persistent mental health conditions,
I aim to integrate modalities I feel will best help a client reach their goals. I regularly integrate CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, and mindfulness. I believe the therapeutic process reflects our humanity: often complex and not always linear. I also believe that healing is most likely to occur in spaces of grace, mercy, and compassion.
A bit about me personally: I am a Utah Native, I enjoy skiing and trail running (really about anything that gets me outside and moving). I am the mother of four children. I will stop and gush over any dog or baby that passes me by. I came to this career later in life and feel the life experiences leading up to it have helped shape me into a better therapist.
